Q1. I need a CNC router,can you show me more details?

Of course, our factory will provide the machine you want. Before that,please tell us your materials, thickness, size and business industries.We will select the suitable machine model for you.

Q2. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are Professional Manufacturer and have about 8 Years of Export Experience. In terms of production, we have a professional R&D team that provides original parts and  two-year warranty. In terms of service, we have a professional after-sales team that provides training videos and online technical support.Now we will show you our workshop through videos,welcome to visit to our factory in Jinan.

Q3. How should I pay for my order?

You need to pay 50% as prepayment at first then we will start to make production.When the machine is completed we will send pictures or videos to you, and then you need to pay the balance.We will ship the machine to you after we receive your full payment.

Q4.How long is the delivery time?

For standard machines, it will be 7-10 days;For non-standard machines and customized machines according to clients’ specific requirements,it will be 15 to 25 days.

What time do you plan to receive the machine? we support 50% deposit production, which can greatly save your time and cost.

Q5: What is a guarantee?In case the machine break down?

Two years guarantee of the whole machine,one year for Core Components,freely provide online technical support.

For software issue,provide the operation manual or video for guiding, our technician is able to teach you online to run the machine or eliminate the fault for free.

For hardware issue, fail parts (excluding the consumables)shall be replaced/repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

Q6: This is the first time I buy the machine, is it easy to operate?

Yes the machine is easy to operate,Please don't worry we will provide the best support.

1.Firstly we can provide the operation manual or video for guiding,will solve more than 90% of your operational confusion.

2.When you have difficulty in operating the machine after viewing the operation manual, please feedback your questions clearly through pictures or videos, and we have technical team will solve your problem.

Q7: How about the documents after shipment?

We will send all the documents after shipment. Including packing list, commercial invoice, B/L and other certificates required by clients.

Q8: Do you arrange the shipment for me?

We can arrange the shipment for our clients by sea or by air.If you want us to ship, please inform the nearest port, will help you check the freight after confirming machine details.For FOB or CIF price, we will arrange shipment for you.For EXW price, you could arrange the shipment by yourself or your agent.
